I hope the reading on your novels is going well. Next Monday when you come to the library, be prepared to discuss why you chose the two books. This will be an informal discussion. Be prepared to write a poem describing our discussion.

Assignment #1 addition

Sorry group for the lack of clarity in the assignment. I would think that you would rush out and have the books read by Tuesday, but i guess i am a dreamer. First the books have to be read by March 8th. Secondly, they can be any Newberry winner no matter how old. You must remember that good literature never dies. Happy reading.
